Dynamic Pulse Terms and Conditions

PRE SALE INFORMATION

All pre sale memberships will commence billing on the day that the studio opens. Clients will have access to class booking prior to opening day.


MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We offer the following weekly membership tiers:


  • 2 Classes/Week

  • 3 Classes/Week

  • Unlimited Classes


Memberships are billed weekly and credits are valid for 7 days from the billing date. For example, 3 Classes/Week members receive 3 credits every 1 week.


All memberships except founding memberships are flexible and cancel anytime with at least 14 days’ written notice. Refunds are not available for unused portions of an active membership.


You may pause your membership for any reason. Suspensions must be requested in writing, in increments of 1 week (up to 4 weeks per year). Suspension requests require at least 7 days’ notice.


Additional time off beyond this may incur a $5/week hold fee. Credits do not roll over beyond their 14-day validity period.


Membership pricing is subject to change, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice provided. Founding Membership pricing is excluded from this clause and remains locked in.


FOUNDING MEMBERSHIPS

Founding Members enjoy exclusive pre-opening pricing. Founding Memberships are billed weekly, commencing on the opening date of the studio.


These memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the studio opening date. After the initial term, the membership will continue unless cancelled with 14 days’ written notice.


Your founding rate is locked in for the life of your membership - even after the 3-month term - as long as your membership remains active.

TRIAL MEMBERSHIP

Trial memberships are a one-time offer per client and are non-extendable and non-refundable.


CLASS PACKS

Class packs offer flexibility without a weekly commitment.


Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits expire at the end of their respective validity periods. Additional credits must be purchased once your pack runs out. Validity period begins when the first credit is used.


Class pack pricing is subject to change, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice provided.

CASUAL VISITS

Casual drop-ins are available at $35 per class, subject to class availability.


BOOKING

All bookings must be made via the Dynamic Pulse website or app. Classes open for booking 3 days in advance. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is encouraged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a class without penalty, you must do so at least 8 hours before the class starts via our app or website.


  • Late cancellations (within 8 hours):

    • Members: incur a $5 fee.

    • Class Pack holders: forfeit one credit.


  • No-shows:

    • Members: incur a $10 fee.

    • Class Pack holders: forfeit one credit.


Cancellations via phone, email, or social media will not be accepted.


WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email/SMS.


  • If you’re added to a class more than 2 hours before the start, it’s your responsibility to attend or cancel. Regular cancellation fees apply.

  • If you’re added within 2 hours of the class, no fees apply if you can’t make it.


Please keep your notifications enabled and check regularly if you’re on the waitlist.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure safety and avoid disruptions:


  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class.

  • Your spot may be given to someone on standby or the waitlist.

  • Late arrivals are considered no-shows, and the associated fees or credit forfeits will apply.


RETAIL RETURNS POLICY
All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds for services or retail.

Privacy & Media Use

At Dynamic Pulse, we respect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and handle all data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.


We use your personal information only to deliver studio services, manage bookings, communicate with you, and improve your experience. Your details may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as scheduling and payment platforms) for these purposes only.


We will not disclose your personal information to others unless required by law.


Please do not record or photograph instructors or other clients in the studio without their express consent.


Classes may be recorded for quality control, insurance and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to us using video or still images taken during the class for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at hi@dynamicpulse.com.au.
