Questions?
Questions?
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs and pulleys to provide resistance and support. It helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture through controlled, low-impact movements.
Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?
Not at all! We offer classes for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Fundamentals class is perfect if you’re new or returning after a break.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in the reformer. Grip socks are recommended and usually required for hygiene and safety.
How many people are in each class?
We have 9 carriages in the studio, so classes are capped at 9 participants to ensure personalized attention and a safe environment.
How do I know which class level to join?
We offer three levels: Fundamentals (beginner), Refine & Define (intermediate), and Dynamic (advanced). If you’re unsure, our instructors can help guide you to the right class after your first session.
Is Reformer Pilates suitable if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Yes! Our certified instructors modify exercises to accommodate most injuries and conditions. Please inform us of any medical concerns before class.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
For best results, we recommend 2–3 classes per week. Consistency helps build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness.
Can I walk in to join a class?
Unfortunately, no walk-ins are allowed as classes fill up quickly due to limited equipment. Please book your class in advance online or via our app.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself and a water bottle! We provide reformer machines, mats, and props.
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our website or app. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is essential.
What’s your punctuality policy?
We take punctuality seriously. Doors will be locked just before class begins to ensure a focused, uninterrupted session. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early—late entry won’t be permitted.
What’s your cancellation and no-show policy?
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 8 hours before class—or don’t show up—you’ll be charged for the session. This helps us keep classes fair and available for everyone.
